01 Reading the portrait

What price per m² tells you

Price per square metre is the cleanest open-data measure of what space is worth where you live — and a useful sense-check on council tax, which is still pinned to 1991 values. If your home is small for its band, that mismatch is worth a look; the free address check compares your specific property to its real neighbours.
