Refunds + complaints
If you'd like to claim the money-back guarantee on a rejected challenge, or raise a complaint about anything we did, email us at the address above with your case reference and a short description. We acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
If you remain unsatisfied, you can:
- Bring a small claims action under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- For data protection issues, complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
