What if my challenge is rejected?

You have 6 weeks to appeal to the Valuation Tribunal — and we offer a tribunal-prep upgrade.

If the VOA rejects your challenge, you have 6 weeks from the decision date to escalate to the Valuation Tribunal Service (England/Wales) or the First-tier Tribunal Local Taxation Chamber (Scotland). The tribunal is independent of the VOA, free to access, and decides on the same evidence plus anything new you bring.
