Can I cancel my submission?

Yes — you can withdraw a Proposal in writing before the VOA decides. The £29 fee is refundable per our guarantee.

Until the VOA issues a written decision, you can withdraw a formal Proposal by emailing [email protected] asking for it to be cancelled. Informal Band Reviews can be withdrawn the same way. Our £29 fee is refundable in full if you reach out within 14 days of purchase (the cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), or any time within 12 months if the VOA rejects your challenge. Email us with your case reference and we'll process the refund within 14 days.
