Can I cancel my submission?
Yes — you can withdraw your challenge with the VOA in writing before it decides. The £4.99 pack is covered by our rejection guarantee.
Until the VOA issues a written decision, you can withdraw a formal Proposal — or an informal Band Review — by emailing [email protected] asking for it to be cancelled. On the £4.99 pack itself: because it's a digital product we prepare and supply the moment you buy it, you confirm at checkout that you want it straight away and so the usual 14-day 'change of mind' cancellation doesn't apply once it's been delivered. What you're covered by is our money-back guarantee — if the VOA rejects your challenge, send us a copy of their written decision within 60 days and we'll refund the £4.99 in full within 14 days.
