How long does a challenge take?

The VOA targets 90 days; in practice 90–180 days is common for complex cases.

The VOA's stated target is 90 days from receipt to a written decision. Realistically, expect 90–180 days for cases with comparables to verify, longer if they ask for clarifications. We send you a Day 14 nudge confirming receipt, a Day 60 reminder, and a Day 100 escalation prompt with the formal path to chase. There is no online status portal — you only know you've been heard when the VOA writes back.
